I am Maaike Uyleman and I work as a designer and illustrator.
My office view is on green and water in my hometown Groningen.
My work is characterized by its cheerful, illustrative character.
Colourful and cute, but also graphic and narrative.
As a mother of three; children’s books have always been a great inspiration to me.
My work is also inspired by graphic art, interiors, patterns, nature and Eastern art.
I make postcards, birth announcement cards, leaflets, logos and posters.
I love working both digital and analogue.
When given an assignment, I will closely work together with you
making sure the end product brings you great joy.
